Since it´s the 6th year of existence and a new decade just started, we are able to expect an awful lot of innovations at the "Eristoff Tracks URBAN ART FORMS FESTIVAL presented by Electronic Beats 2010". INSTALLATIONS/LIGHTDESIGN 2010_
As in previous years the team of Eye-Con will be responsible for projections- and light design as well as installations at the "Eristoff Tracks URBAN ART FORMS FESTIVAL presented by Electronic Beats 2010". For Europe´s leading audiovisual "electronic dance music festival" a unique concept will be created to fulfil our own and our visitors´ expectations once again. Along the functional stage for the artists the whole festival area will be covered with visually appealing lights. Endless possibilities will be given to our VJs from all over the world - never before seen innovations are going to turn the venue into a land of milk and honey for our visual artists. A fixed component is the VJ team Lichttapete that will brighten up the entrances with projections and they´ll use the outside surface of the main tent as their playground. Through the tireless efforts of our VJs, an electrified atmosphere is generated year-by-year shaking up the audience and their mood.

HISTORY_
The "Eristoff Tracks URBAN ART FORMS FESTIVAL" was marked as the first audio visual „electronic dance music festival" and took place in Wiesen for the first time in 2005 It quickly became the biggest and most popular event of its kind. From the very beginning, the "Visual Arts" aspect has been treated of equal importance as DJ and Live performances. Every year now right on time the festival area Wiesen Extended turns into a unique landscape of electronic music and visual-arts. In 2007, 15.000 visitors were counted for, and by 2008 a new era had begun through restructuring, the increased festival area Wiesen EXTENDED was used for the first time. SOLD OUT! This phrase sums up the "Eristoff Tracks URBAN ART FORMS FESTIVAL presented by Electronic Beats" in 2009. The festival is now the biggest electronic music festival in Austria with 36.000 visitors and in Europe definitely on the forefront of visual arts, installations and projection design. www.uaf-festival.at

For more than 30 years Wiesen has been considered to be completely weather-proof due to it´s reinforced festival-venue and tent-construction, providing perfect shelter from sun and rain, without losing the open-air charm. The festival area presents itself as a modern venue and is regarded as one of the most beautiful festival locations in Europe. Through the extension of the core festival area into the festival venue Wiesen EXTENDED, for the "Eristoff Tracks URBAN ART FORMS Festival - presented by Electronic Beats", will allow more than enough space for five stages and thousands of party-crazy electronic-heads to dance from 3. - 6.
