Alexander Fog was born in the northern district of Italy on July 2nd, 1975. At the tender age of five years old, Alexander took his first steps into music due to his father’s deep passion for music. Starting off with playing percussion is when Alexander experienced the rhythm boil through his veins.

 

After playing with many different music instructors, such as Egly Duran and Paolo Montesi, Alexander began performing with local bands at the age of thirteen. At seventeen, he needed more of a challenge and became fond of Electronic music. At this point in Alexander's life he founded a new movement “Boyz in The Movement”.

 

From this point on, Alexander started his career in Public relations, and turned towards DJing. At age twenty-two he became the leader of The Electronic Movement "The Warriors", and also started his tour abroad (Holland, Switzerland and Belgium) as a dj of hardcore music in many European events such as Cubik – Es- Sence– Evolva. He still remains a busy man with after party projects mostly in the northern regions of Italy and Switzerland. However, he prefers the world of underground music and very particular parties: VIP and rooftop parties are his favorites. At twenty-four after frequent traveling he moved to Amsterdam, collaborating with two of his close friends, they began coordinating events throughout his hometown.

 

During his time in Amsterdam, he was exposed to Trance & Techno. At age twenty-seven, Alexander decided to move back to Italy. Because of Italy DJ's only playing House Music, is when he searched for a new music and his artistic maturity. At thirty he grew fond of Minimal music. Starting to appreciate this music genre more, Alexander started playing in venues & clubs in Dusseldorf such as Harpune and Logikal. He gave up playing vinyl and cd's, to lead a sound totally digital and a performance not connected in any way with club’s equipment. Captivating his audiences, Alexander tells a story with his format of music, allowing club-goers to free their minds. His style moves from Minimal to Electronic. Under the influence of many German DJ’s and fascinated by the South American scenery,

 

Alexander Fog will be releasing his very first LP. Alexander’s sets are like no other, as he dissects music and creates a new song using the portions of music he edits from their original compositional state. It's a must see experience. Now Alexander is teaching himself to cross over multi genres with his minimal touch, such as Samba and many more powerful elements. Today Alexander is living two lives. One in which during the day he is involved in Fashion Management, and at night he plays Underground Music, that’s what he loves most.
